DIANE YARD

Diane began her career as a licensed Barber Stylist and then acquired a Cosmetology license specializing in both male and female short or long cut, styling, perming and hair color.  She also earned an Associate of Arts degree from Hillsborough Community College and continued her education in the field of hair design with several advanced certifications from the industries best to include advanced cutting, coloring, smoothing keratin treatments and linked, fusion or seamless hair extension.

Terry & Diane

After meeting at Roffler Barber College in 1985, Terry and Diane Yard began overseeing the daily operations of Esquire Salon & Spa as a married duo. Over 30 years later, they are now the proud parents of two wonderful daughters and owners of this salon that has been a pillar in the Lakeland community since 1963. The warm and inviting atmosphere they have created through professional service and approachable stylists is the reason new clients feel welcome and seasoned clients keep returning.

Terry Yard

A second generation Barber having the privilege working under Master Barber and Father, Jack Yard.  Terry’s expertise spans generations of a male clientele in barbering to include fading, tapering, flat tops, hot towel shaves and more modern male styles such as shags, faux hawks and razor cuts.  Terry can meet the styling needs for the metro to the conservative male.
